Manager and is responsible for the successful and
timely preparation of construction documents and
details and timely procurement of building permits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and
Outlook.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Chief Architect
software.

3+ years experience with residential
construction documents and details.

1+ years experience with local building code
requirements and permits.

Familiarity with construction materials and
terminology.

Ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Ability to prioritize a heavy workload in a
multi-task environment.
Previous design experience is a definite plus.

Senior Estimator
This position reports directly to the President
and is responsible for estimating, maintenance
of the estimating database and in-house training
on the system; verification of all Scopes of
Work; and coordination with sales, purchasing
CAD and field production personnel.

This position reports to the Production Manager
and is responsible for the successful
on-time/on-budget completion of projects,
including scheduling and supervision of trade
contractors, Foster personnel and contract
laborers; coordination of preconstuction
meetings with clients and Project Consultants;
and maintenance of Foster standards of quality.
Education and/or experience requirements include:

Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, and
Excel.

3+ years of supervisory experience.

5+ years of experience in residential
construction or remodeling.

5+ years of experience in budgetary controls.

In-depth knowledge of construction techniques,
code requirements and materials.

In-depth knowledge of relative OSHA guidelines.

Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.

This position reports directly to the President
and is responsible for the successful
preparation and presentation of project
analysis, scopes of work, material selection,
contracts and change orders, as well as the
oversight of projects throughout the
construction process, maintaining project
profitability and client satisfaction.
Education and/or experience requirements include:

experience.
