My husband and I first used Foster Remodeling 15 years ago, when we built an office onto our home, We built "up" and not "out," and the result was a new addition that, together with Foster, were able to ensure that it looked "organic" to the house, not a tack-on addition.When it was time to update and remodel our kitchen and breakfast room, I thought of no one but Foster. I even asked for the same master carpenter from 15 years ago, and got him! Because we our own company and have a home office (as above, built by Foster), I was here every day to watch the "demolition" and the building, and was regularly consulted on how I thought things were going, small details not included in our original plan, etc. At first I thought the entire project was a little pricey, but watching it happen, the quality of the materials and workmanship, we think it was a real bargain. It is absolutely beautiful, increased the value of our home by more than what we spent, and was a wonderful addition to our lifestyle.I would recommend David Foster and his team to anyone who wants to improve their home.

As with most people I am worried about getting quality work and good value for my money, especially when you are a single mom with two kids. My project was a new kitchen which also moved walls and changed the purpose of rooms in my house. The results were amazing and everyday when I come in the house I have to pinch myself and say "Is this really mine?". The craftsmanship on this project was amazing. It doesn't take much knowledge to hang a cabinet; what takes experience is making everything level and square in a 40+ year old house. We just completed a family room renovation with Foster Remodeling. Over the years, Foster has also remodeled our kitchen, guest bathroom and basement. They replaced all doors and windows, built a master suite closet and added a sunroom. This most recent project like all others, was completed without any problems. The Foster way of planning for a project is very effective and prevents disputes form erupting along the way. The cost you pay is the cost in the contract. No surprises along the way. And, our salesman Chris Arnold, worked with us during the design phase to ensure that we thought through the many options available so that we ended up with the results we were looking for. He is patient and extremely professional and through. We had a different lead carpenter on each project and each one has been respectful, hard working, communicative and a master at the details. We highly, highly recommend Foster!

From the project presentation to its completion we knew what to expect and when it would happen as did everyone else.
