Keep track of all the faults in other words make sure that this is included in the contract price. When we first moved into our current house, I was skeptical of the double oven that came with it. However, we joined the local chapter of the Jaycees several months ago and I've had to cook for a couple of the events now. Oh boy does the double oven cut down my cooking time! I can generally get all the food preparation done in one afternoon rather than over a whole day, or maybe even two days. The double oven has been great in my kitchen.
