Background Check and Drug-Free Workplace Policy

Project Sales and Design Consultant

Project Design Consultant
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for the successful preparation and presentation of project analysis, scopes of work, material selection, contracts and change orders, as well as the oversight of projects throughout the construction process, maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction.

Education and/or experience requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat & Chief Architect software applications.
• 3 - 5 years of sales experience.
• 3 - 5 years of construction or remodeling experience.
• In-depth knowledge of home design issues, construction methods and building code regulations and material selections.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Ability to effectively close a sale.
• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload in a multi-task environment.
• Personal accountability.

Painter

Painter – This position requires a self-motivated, optimistic team players.

Desirable skills for these positions are as follows:
• Strong working skills from priming and prep through finish.
• Ability to create material take-off.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Good customer relation skills.
• Point up and patching skills necessary and ability to finish drywall for entire small rooms are a big plus.

Our painter acts as on-site manager of the final phase of the construction projects to assist in achieving our commitment of superior product quality and superior client satisfaction.  Must have own vehicle and full complement of tools.
